Leadership growth is
internal, intentional,
and can’t be ignored.
Who We Are
We are a group of relationally driven leaders that want to see regular people have remarkable impact. We believe long term sustainable impact only comes from relationally connected leadership and an integrated view of personal growth and organizational performance. We want to see healthy leaders and the cultures they lead transformed, unleashing unprecedented cultural and kingdom impact.
What We Do
We partner with leaders by creating unique environments where they can sustainably grow. We are pastors to today’s Kingdom leaders. We come alongside to provide relational engagements that help leaders navigate the noise and instability that can come with leadership responsibility. We do this by cultivating a leader’s calling, capacity, and performance. We challenge your historical paradigms and introduce new ones that will help you understand learning agility, the essence of character, and the importance of relationships.
Why We Do It
No leader thrives alone! Yet, sadly, leaders are increasingly isolated, stuck, and burning out. Real growth is an internal process that involves intentional work between you, God, and others. While performance and impact are important parts of your leadership and influence, they are a result of our internal processes, your character, and rootedness. Our failure to do so has led us to the current leadership realities:
70 % of Sr. leaders have nobody to talk to about things that matter most.
The weight of leadership, isolation and loneliness are choking out our God given capacities.
Leaders have an incomplete view of development and growth, and have forgotten the formative power of relationships and biblical community.
We have not tended to our hearts, and are ill-prepared for character and spiritual formation.
We have become sloppy with the kingdom battle lines of our desires, attachments, and identity.
We lack the spiritual dependency, and a Spiritual vibrancy that God invites us to.
Performance issues more often than not is a failure of health, culture or relationship.
How We Work
We bring customized solutions to you and your leadership specific to your unique challenges. We facilitate distinct leadership environments that help leaders face what they need to face. Through multiple environments, we equip leaders with practices and platforms that foster personal and professional growth that are rooted in relationship, character, and spiritual formation. We equip you with biblically anchored knowledge, insight, and tools.
